Begins when the client signs the Booking or requests work to start
Working Relationship
I operate as an independent consultant
Can work for multiple clients simultaneously
Usually work from my own premises
Provide necessary tools and equipment for service delivery
Intellectual Property
I retain ownership of my templates, structures, and methodologies
Copyright for unique materials is assigned to the client after full payment
Clients must not send materials that breach third-party rights
Payment Terms
Invoices are due by the specified date
Various payment arrangements possible (detailed in the Booking)
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable
Late payments may result in work being put on hold
Extras and Additional Charges
I may charge extra for:
Out-of-hours or urgent work
Travel expenses
Additional requests beyond original scope
Specific payment method surcharges
Confidentiality
Confidential information is used only to perform services
Both parties agree not to disclose each other’s confidential information
Termination
The agreement can end:
Automatically on completion date
By written notice (detailed in the Booking)
If a breach is not remedied within 14 days
Liability and Legal Protections
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid
Protections in place to manage professional risks
Indemnity provisions protect both parties
